Erica articled and practiced at Dickie & Co., a union-side labour law firm in Vancouver, BC prior to joining Hastings Labour Law Office LLP. Erica is committed to working with unions and advocating for the rights of their members.
Erica has a strong commitment to social justice as demonstrated through her previous involvement as a tenant organizer and advocate with the Vancouver Tenants’ Union, a legal researcher for Lawyers’ Rights Watch Canada, and an advocate at the Supporting Women’s Alternatives Network. During law school Erica received the Law Foundation of British Columbia Public Interest Award for academic achievement and outstanding commitment to the broader public interest.
